Search Terms
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. We do not store or log those terms on our own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
We retain email or contact-form messages as needed to answer them. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Automatic Technical Data
Normal page requests can produce technical and usage information, including:
- IP address;

- pages viewed and time spent;
- the referring site, when supplied; and

Subject to applicable law, a person may ask for a copy of personal data we hold, request correction, seek deletion, or opt out of certain processing. Georgia public records held by agencies under O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq. are controlled by those agencies, not by this site.
